Why choose GeilSpace custom?

2. You don't need to worry about if you ordered too many pieces or not enough pieces. We will provide exact amount of items for you. 

How it works?

1. Tell us what your custom furniture looks like, we will help you to finish detail of the project. Please send an email to danielle@geilspace.com,  we will calculate time and items needed. And send you a list of items needed and invoice.
2. Pay and start. After you confirmed the items and payed for them, our factory will start to work. It takes normally about a week, but may vary according to your project’s complexity.
3. Confirm and ship. Once it is finished, we will take photo or video to let you confirm. After confirmation, we will pack and ship it for you. Shipment takes 4-5 weeks.

What products do we provide?

1. Tell us what kind of pipes do you want to choose? We have two main pipe products available BLACK PAINTED Pipes and Heavy-Duty Grey Pipes. The BLACK PAINTED Pipes are compatible with NPT fittings. You can choose different color, but additional fee may apply. Heavy-Duty Grey Pipes are produced under NPT standard. They are coated with a rust preventive oil during manufacturing process, you need to clean them and do some anti-rust measures. 
2. Fittings are all NPT standard. You can choose different painted color. 

     Production takes one week and transportation takes 4-5 weeks, if you want to receive your product faster, we will ship them by air.

Are there any limitations?

1. The longest side of the product does not exceed 48” (1.2m).
2. We do not provide wood or other products that require special handling.

Can I have a refund?

     If the work has already started, we can only give you a partial refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to provide a refund.

     Please pay $10 and tell us what you need, we will send you some samples, shipping time is about 2 weeks.
